I've never done pole before, which level should I book?
Absolute Beginners should book on to Pole Taster or Beginners Pole.
What do I need to bring for my first class?
You don’t need to bring anything! We have mats and cloths to clean the poles and sell water in the studio if you prefer to buy some through us rather than bring your own.
Please ensure you remove all jewellery and do not moisturise before class. We recommend you wear shorts and a T shirt, short shorts and a crop top or a bikini as you need your bare skin in order to grip to the pole.
What time should I arrive for my class?
We advise that everyone arrives at least 15 minutes before their class start time. This is to allow students time to find the studio and change in time for their class. Latecomers (anyone who arrives at the class start time or after) will not be admitted or refunded.
I have a disability, can I still attend classes?
When signing up for classes at Kelechnekoff Studio you will be asked to fill in a ParQ that will give you a space to let us know about any health conditions or concerns you have. If you feel adjustments may need to be made for you please email studio@kelechnekoff.com and let us know the details of your disability/health condition (if you feel comfortable enough to do so) and we will strive to make the necessary adjustments for you so that you can enjoy your classes at Kelechnekoff.
Do you have changing facilities?
Yes, we have a changing room which has lockers. We also have four toilets around the studio space and additional toilets on the ground floor of the building which can also be used to change before class.
Do you run pole courses?
No.
While we teach using a 6 week syllabus to ensure that all of our pole classes cover as many level appropriate moves as possible on a regular basis we do not run pole courses. Our classes are designed to be suitable for anyone to join at any point.
When do you release your pole classes?
