Pole Taster (Level 0.5)
This 45 minute class is the perfect class for you if you’re curious about pole dance and don’t know where to begin. This is the class that’s even more beginner than our ‘Pole Dance Beginner Level 1 classes. It’s designed for complete beginners or anyone curious about trying pole for the first time. It’s a fun, low-pressure way to explore basic moves, grips, and spins, while getting a feel for the strength, flexibility, and confidence pole can build.
In this class you can expect to:
- Learn beginner-friendly spins, holds, and basic climbs on the pole.
- Develop grip, core strength, and body awareness in a safe environment.
- Gain confidence moving your body with intention and creativity.
- Learn in a supportive, fun, and welcoming space where all abilities are encouraged.
No previous experience is needed – just come ready to move, wear comfortable shorts and a short-sleeved top, and avoid moisturiser on the day of class. Step up to the pole, discover your strength, and see just how fun pole dancing can be!
Pole Dance Beginners (Level 1)
These classes are your starting point into static pole dance, perfect if you’re brand new or returning after a break. You’ll build confidence with the basics, learn foundational movements, and get comfy with the pole as a space to explore strength, balance and expression.
In this class you can expect to:
- Learn how to move around the pole with confidence, and basic static spins so you begin to understand movement around a fixed pole.
- Practice pole sits and pole climbs (the fundamentals of bearing your own weight on the pole).
- Work on grip strength, body awareness, and alignment so that your moves feel safe and stable.
- Get introduced to basic static poses and holds, building control and balance off the floor.
- Begin linking a few moves together so transitions feel smoother rather than abrupt.
- Dance in a supportive class that welcomes questions, modifications and encourages growth. This class is for absolute beginners.
No prior pole experience needed.
Pole Dance Upper Beginners (Level 2)
This class is designed to build upon the foundations you’ve built in beginners pole . If you’ve done Beginners with us or elsewhere and feel comfortable with basic static spins, climbs & sits, this is your next step.
In this class you can expect to:
- Refine and combine the static moves learned in Beginners: smoother climbs, longer holds, cleaner alignment.
- Introduce beginner level inverts (entering upside down safely), starting with prep work and basic shapes.
- Develop transitions between poses (static holds, climbs, spins) so movement feels more fluid and less segmented.
- Explore more the next level of static poses & holds off the floor, increasing strength and stability. - Increase body awareness: shoulder engagement, core control, leg positioning, line & posture.
- Experience a chance to push your confidence by doing more daring stuff, while still having modifications as needed.
This class is NOT suitable for absolute beginners. You should already be familiar with walking, static spins, basic climbs and sits before considering booking an upper beginner level class. If you’re unsure about your suitability for this class please ask one of our teachers or email us to enquire.
Pole Dance Intermediates (Level 3)
This class is for those who have comfortably mastered beginner & upper beginner static pole especially inverts, climbs, static shapes & transitions. Now it’s time to ramp up challenge, artistry, and technical refinement.
In this class you can expect to:
- Work on more complex static pole combos involving inverts, extended holds (e.g. Invert Crucifix, Butterfly, Gemini/Outside Leg Hang).
- Increase strength work: controlling shape and balance upside down, solid exit & entry into inverts, clean poses.
- Polish technique: body lines, posture, leg & foot placements, grip efficiency, alignment.
- Explore transitions and flow between static poses, possibly links that include dynamic static elements (lifting, shifting weight, breathing in movement).
- Build stamina: staying in poses, moving slower so control is visible, holding more challenging postures with certainty.
- Deepen your artistic expression: musicality, performance polish, style, confidence in moves.
This class is only for students who can already invert and hold simple shapes, who are stable in static pole work. If you’re unsure about your suitability for this class please ask your teacher or email us to enquire.
Power Moves (Level 3+)
This 90-minute class is for polers who are ready to level up their training and unlock more challenging moves and combos. Building on what you’ve you’ve learnt through our intermediate pole syllabus or intermediate classes elsewhere, this class will take your strength, stamina, technique and creativity to the next level.
In this class you can expect to:
- Level up your conditioning to gain the strength you need to safely and confidently learn and perform more advanced tricks.
- Work on aerial tricks and combos, refining the skills you already have higher up the pole.
- Learn more advanced, dynamic tricks and combos which will help you to continue to build strength and stamina.
- Always have regressions to tricks you’ve yet to master, it’s important to us that no one ever feels excluded from class because they can’t do a certain trick in a combo.
- Have sessions dedicated to one thing - think handstand week, kips and drops, superman week or Ayesha week!
- Be surrounded by great vibes and a supportive community!
While there are no required moves for this class, this is an intermediate/advanced level class. Most combos will require an aerial invert and you will regularly explore shoulder mounts and different invert entries. Spinning Pole Beginners (Level 1)
This 60-minute class is your introduction to the world of spinning pole. Unlike static pole, spin adds momentum and flow, teaching you to control movement while creating beautiful shapes that travel around the pole.
In this class you can expect to:
- Learn foundational spinning techniques safely and with control.
- Explore beginner-friendly spins and how to enter and exit them smoothly.
- Understand how to manage speed and momentum on spin. - Develop grip strength and confidence moving with the pole in motion.
- Start linking spins together for short, simple flows.
This class is perfect for anyone brand new to spinning pole but you MUST have taken AT LEAST THREE static pole classes before attending. No spin experience required – just bring your curiosity and energy!
Spinning Pole Upper Beginners (Level 2)
This 90-minute class is the next step after Beginners Spin – designed to build confidence, stamina and artistry on the pole. You’ll start working on longer spin combos and more complex tricks while polishing your technique and fluidity.
In this class you can expect to:
- Refine beginner spins so they look controlled, clean and confident.
- Learn new spins, poses and seats that challenge your strength and balance.
- Start climbing confidently on spin and exploring different entries into spins.
- Develop flow and transitions between spins to create longer combinations.
- Gain more confidence managing speed and control while the pole carries your movement.

Spinning Pole Upper Beg/Pre Inter (Level 3)
This 90 minute class bridges the gap between Upper Beginner and Intermediate Spin. It’s all about building the strength, stamina and control needed for more complex spin combinations and preparing you for inverted movement.
In this class you can expect to:
- Learn longer and more challenging spin combinations that demand control and endurance.
- Explore transitions and poses that build towards true intermediate level tricks and spins.
- Refine flow, timing and artistry so your dancing looks smooth and expressive.
- Gain strength and confidence holding shapes while the pole is in motion.
- Prepare your body for the transition into spinning pole Intermediates focusing on technique and safe progressions.
This class is suitable for students who are confident with beginner and upper beginner spins, seats and climbs, and who are ready to start pushing into more challenging territory. This class is NOT suitable for students who are new to upper beginner level.
Spinning Pole Intermediates (Level 3)
This 90-minute class is all about taking your spinning pole skills to the next level. Spinning pole adds a whole new dimension to your dancing – it’s about control, strength and fluidity as you move through spins, transitions and shapes while the pole carries your momentum.
In this class you can expect to:
- Learn a range of intermediate-level spins, poses and transitions on spinning pole.
- Build the strength and technique needed to control speed, flow and shapes on spin.
- Explore how to connect moves together through combos so your dancing looks smooth and effortless.
- Work on timing, flow and creativity to make the most of the natural movement of the spinning pole.
- Develop your artistry and expression while challenging your body with new skills.
This class is suitable for students who are confident with beginner AND upper beginner spins, climbs and inverting while spinning and are ready to start combining these skills into more complex combinations. Spinning Tricks and Flow (Level 3+)
This class is for those of you who are ready to evaluate your spinning pole practice by combining tricks with musicality and flow. At this level it’s not just about learning new tricks, it’s about refining transitions, controlling momentum and developing artistry that makes these moves look effortless.
In this class you can expect:
- To work on advanced aerial tricks that require strength, control, flexibility and a solid foundation in spinning technique that you will have been building throughout your pole journey.
- New combos every week so you can work on exploring new pathways into moves and build a creative pole practice.
- Flexibility and mobility conditioning in every class, so your flexibility will increase over time allowing you to explore more advanced variations of the moves you’ll learn.
- Regressions for all the moves in the combos because we don’t believe anyone should be excluded from class because they can’t do one move or transition in the combo.
- A supportive and encouraging class!

Sexy Heels Choreo (All Levels)
Pole dance was created by Skrippa’s and we all need to remember that. This 90 minute class is all about connecting (or reconnecting) to your sensuality while remembering that we are all here today because of the work s*x workers have put into developing this art form. This intermediate level of sexy heels choreo will push you to continue to build on your movement quality, musicality, self expression and confidence all whilst dancing in heels.
In this class you can expect to:
- Learn a choreographed routine that is up to 90 seconds long with space to explore and freestyle at the end.
- Work on heels technique, helping to make your movement look effortless.
- Explore floorwork and transitions, including shoulder rolls, kips and floor to pole transitions that connect your movement seamlessly.
- Incorporate pole tricks into your routine. These wont be intermediate level pole tricks because you can be an intermediate level dancer without knowing intermediate level tricks.
- Explore your performance quality, learning how to bring musicality, stage presence, audience connection and your own personal style into your dancing.
- Focus on sensuality without shame.
- Dance in a safe, supportive and welcoming space!
This class is NOT for complete beginners please take AT LEAST 3 beginners classes before booking.
Please make sure you bring clean soled shoes as outdoor shoes will not be permitted inside the studio. Knee pads are recommended but not a requirement.
Pole Flow (All Levels)
This 90-minute class is all about Flow - the art of connecting moves together seamlessly with creativity and intention. Pole flow doesn’t focus on tricks, it’s about musicality, transitions and choreography that when combined feel effortless. This is the perfect class for anyone who wants to explore pole dancing while developing their pole skills, creativity and musicality.
In this class you can expect to:
- Learn a choreographed routine up to 60 seconds long with space to explore and freestyle at the end.
- Work on smooth transitions between moves so they look natural and flow together rather than looking like separate moves.
- Explore floorwork
- Work on musicality and timing, using the music to inform and inspire your dancing so your dancing feels expressive and intentional.
- Nurture creativity and artistry, because dance isn’t just about the routine, it’s about your own creativity and expression.
- Dance in a safe, supportive and intimate space!
This class is NOT suitable for absolute beginners, we ask that you take at least THREE pole classes before booking this class to make sure you understand the basics of pole and can join in this class safely. Socks are highly recommended for this class and knee pads are recommended but not essential.
Twerk Girl, It's Friday! (TGIF) £18
This 60‑minute class is all about letting loose, having fun, and moving your body to the beat. ‘Girl, It’s Friday!’ is your or end of week release: a high-energy twerk session designed to boost confidence, coordination, and mood, all while dancing in a safe and supportive space.
In this class you can expect to:
- Learn basic and intermediate twerk moves and isolations.
- Build strength and control in your lower body, glutes, and core while dancing.
- Explore playful floorwork and standing sequences that connect to music.
- Increase coordination, rhythm, and musicality so your movements feel natural and effortless.
- Have fun letting go of stress and embracing your sensual, confident self.
- Dance in a fun, inclusive environment where everyone can feel empowered to express themselves.
This class is suitable for all levels – no experience necessary, just bring your energy and readiness to move. Shake off the week, embrace your confidence, and twerk it out – because it’s Friday!
Pole Hire £8
This 60-minute pole hire is a chance to practice moves and tricks under your own direction! We have four poles in the studio, and during Pole Hire you get a pole entirely to yourself for an hour! Please only book pole hire if you have attended at least three beginners classes already. This is not a taught class, but one of our teachers will be around if you need anything.
